## Compare and decide

- Medium-to-fine relative change in each quantity, using the fine result as denominator:
- Iterative error compared with the mesh-induced change:
- Local fields and wall-region resolution inspected:
- Separate time-step study for transient calculations:
- Required accuracy relative to the design decision margin:
- Chosen mesh, cost, limitations, and further refinement needed:

Do not use a single percentage as universal proof of mesh independence. If reporting observed order or a grid convergence index, document the refinement ratio, solution sequence, and applicable assumptions.
